Liza de Jong

Liza de Jong is an accomplished People and Culture Manager at Brenger since February 2022, specializing in talent acquisition and fostering an inclusive culture within a dynamic scale-up environment. Previously, Liza worked at NS as a Data Insights and Project Manager for recruitment, enhancing hiring processes through data-driven initiatives and implementing the NS Ambassadors program. Liza's early career includes roles such as Project Manager for People & Culture at Vandebron, where recruitment processes were streamlined and a development program for aspiring social entrepreneurs was launched, and as a Communicatie- en Salesmanager at Helpling, managing recruitment and marketing initiatives. Liza holds a Master's degree in Culture, Organization, and Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
