Helen Suddes

Helen Suddes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people and culture management. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Nobia since January 2020, Helen has also held positions as Lead People and Culture Advisor and People and Culture Advisor within the same company. Prior experience includes HR Advisor roles at HertelR and DeepOcean UK, and HR Assistant positions at Magnet Ltd, Marlow Foods, and Cummins Business Services. Additionally, Helen worked as a Recruitment Assistant at AMEC and HR Administrator at Wood Group. Helen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Teesside University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University.
