Kathrina Szymborski Wolfkot

Kathrina Szymborski Wolfkot currently serves as Senior Counsel for the Judiciary Project at the Brennan Center for Justice since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kathrina worked as an Appellate Attorney at the Roderick & Solange MacArthur Justice Center from March 2021 to October 2023, and as an Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP from November 2014 to March 2021. Additionally, Kathrina gained judicial experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from August 2013 to August 2014 and was an Associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan from 2011 to 2013. Kathrina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College, completed in 2005. Kathrina's foundational education includes attending Phillips Exeter Academy.
