Adam Crofts is the Head of People & Culture at Brennan IT. Adam has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Adam has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that have helped organizations attract and retain top talent.

Adam began their career as a Recruitment Consultant with Supreme Talent Solutions. Adam then went on to become the National Talent Acquisition Manager at ASG Group. In this role, they were responsible for developing and refining TA strategy, processes and procedures to attract and retain exceptional professionals at all levels. Adam also assisted in significantly lifting the positioning of the employment brand in the market.

Adam has been with Brennan IT for over two years and has played a key role in helping the organization attract and retain top talent. Adam is passionate about helping organizations create a culture where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

Adam Crofts reports to David Stevens, Managing Director. They are on a team with Mukesh Nair - Business Head, India, Belinda Giles - Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Price - General Manager of Product.
