Vijay Khubchandani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and technical support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Country Manager and Regional Manager at Brennan since August 2014, Vijay has demonstrated strong leadership by training and managing supervisors while delegating responsibilities to meet company goals. Prior positions include Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a multi-department organization and overseeing P&L and budget strategies, as well as Team Leader, where Vijay played a key role in establishing additional support teams at the Mumbai office. Prior to Brennan, Vijay worked at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant, focusing on IT infrastructure and support, and held technical roles at Wipro, K.K. Infosmart, and B.M. International Wholesale & Retail, where key responsibilities included system administration and technical consulting. Vijay holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Dayanand College University in Rajasthan, India.
