Jennifer Shankleton has extensive experience in marketing, business development, and strategic growth. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief Growth & Development Officer at Brennan Manna Diamond, where they collaborate with the executive leadership team to focus on the firm's growth and development. Jennifer also positions the firm to leverage strategic business and community partnerships and leads coaching, business, and professional development initiatives. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Director of Marketing at Brennan Manna Diamond and the Chief Marketing Officer at Kohrman Jackson & Krantz LLP. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Building an Operational Marketing Plan" from The Next CMO in July 2022.
