Leon Verbeek has a strong background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and management consulting. Leon is currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Business Architecture at Brenntag, where they focus on streamlining the technology and data landscape. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Architecture | Technology at CarNext.com, leading the implementation of a distributed data mesh and driving the company's data-driven approach. Leon also has extensive experience in the FMCG industry, having worked as the Head of Enterprise Architecture, Global IT at FrieslandCampina, where they played a crucial role in the digital transformation across China and Asia. Additionally, Leon worked as an Enterprise Architect at HEINEKEN and gained consulting experience at Accenture, Goldfish, IBM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Leon Verbeek completed an MBA in Global Business at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2005 to 2007.
