Nicola Obermanns

Nicola Obermanns has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2012, Nicola worked as an intern in the legal department of RWE Effizienz GmbH and later in the legal department of ifm-Unternehmensgruppe in 2013. In 2015, Nicola had an internship with SIG SAUER, Inc. in the Legal and Compliance Department. Nicola then moved on to work as a Wirtschaftsjuristin at MMC Hartmetall GmbH from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Nicola joined Brenntag Group as an Officer Compliance & Risk Reporting until 2020. Nicola then progressed to become the Manager Trade Compliance EMEA at Brenntag Holding GmbH from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Nicola is working at Brenntag as a Team Lead Trade Compliance.

Nicola Obermanns obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in European Law from Maastricht University in the years 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Nicola completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business and Corporate Law from SRH Hochschule Heidelberg. Additionally, Nicola has obtained a certification as a Compliance Officer from TÜV Rheinland Group, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
