Wei Seong Fong

Wei Seong Fong has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wei Seong began their career as an Audit Assistant at KPMG in 1999 before moving to EY, where they worked as an Audit Manager from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Addvalue Technologies Ltd as a Financial Controller before transitioning to a role as the Group Chief Financial Officer at SHS Holdings Ltd from 2007 to 2015. Wei Seong then joined Brenntag in 2016 as a Regional Director of Finance & Administration before taking on the role of Director of Ventures & Integrations, Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2020. Wei Seong further progressed within Brenntag, becoming Vice President of BSP Controlling, APAC from 2021 to 2024, and then Vice President of Controlling for the Global Beauty & Care Business Unit and APAC Specialties Division from 2024 onwards.

Wei Seong Fong has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, which was obtained from 1996-1998. In 1999-2000, Wei Seong Fong completed the CPA Australia Program to become a Certified Practicing Accountant. In 2015, Wei Seong Fong attended the Strategic Management Program at the National University of Singapore. In 2016, Wei Seong Fong participated in the International Management Program at the Executive Education / Stanford Graduate School of Business. In the same year, Wei Seong Fong also completed the Brenntag Organic Sustainable Strategies (BOSS) Program at INSEAD. In 2017, Wei Seong Fong obtained a Certificate of Competency in Business & Visual Analytics from the Institute of Business Analytics. Additionally, Wei Seong Fong is a member of CPA Australia.
