Rachel Crossley

Rachel Crossley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in public service reform and strategic management. Currently serving as the Corporate Director for Service Reform and Strategy and Corporate Director of Community Health and Wellbeing at Brent Council since October 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Joint Executive Director for Public Service Reform at Surrey Heartlands ICS and Surrey County Council from May 2021 to October 2023. Rachel's career at Surrey County Council spanned nearly two decades, where roles included Executive Director for Strategy and Commissioning, Executive Director for Corporate Resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Director of Strategic Commissioning, among others. With a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham and a Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University, Rachel has a strong educational foundation complemented by a commitment to enhancing public service delivery and community engagement.
