Head of Education & Social Hub at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust

Hannah Barnett is the Head of Education & Social Hub at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. Prior to this, they were the School Engagement Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust from August 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building, onboarding and managing partnerships with influential stakeholders in the education and youth sectors to grow awareness and engagement of the NCS programme. Hannah also collaborated with other education organisations, including The Careers and Enterprise Company and Skills Builder to develop resources and workshops for young people. Additionally, they created resources for schools to support with student well-being post Covid-19, which have reached 65k students to date.

Other responsibilities Hannah has had include training a diverse network of partners in the NCS supply chain, designing national school engagement strategies to grow the programme, providing guidance to performance managers and holding them accountable where necessary, leading all CEO and strategic relationships with the largest Multi-Academy Trusts, tracking and driving performance against organisational KPIs, and line management and coaching.

Hannah Barnett has a Msc in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Southampton, and an Applied Social Sciences degree from the same school. Hannah also has a degree from St John's College in Southsea.
