Nity R.

Nity R. has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in 1995 as an Intellectual Property Administrator at Burberrys Limited. They then moved on to work as a Solicitor at Richards Butler from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they served as Assistant General Counsel at AOL Europe. Following this, they worked as the General Counsel at AOL International from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Smartodds as a Legal Adviser and later became the Legal Adviser to the Owner. In 2014, they took on the role of Director at FC Midtjylland A/S and became the Director, General Counsel & Head of People and Compliance at Brentford Football Club. At Brentford FC, they sit on the board and hold the responsibility for the HR, Safeguarding, and EDI functions. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust starting in 2022.

Nity R. began their education in 1991 at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they pursued a degree in Law (LL.B.) until 1994. Subsequently, in 1994-1995, Nity R. attended King's College London to obtain an LL.M. in Law. In terms of additional certifications, Nity R. became a Solicitor of the Higher Courts of England and Wales through The Law Society in August 1999. They also completed a certification in Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
