Kathleen Yosko is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning. Currently serving as the President of KCY Healthcare Advisors since July 2018, Kathleen specializes in interim leadership, turnaround strategies, and change management for healthcare organizations. Kathleen holds multiple board memberships across various organizations, including the Benedictine University Advisory Board and the Morton Arboretum Advisory Board. Previously, Kathleen was the President and CEO of Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, where a significant financial turnaround was achieved. Additional roles include serving as the President and CEO of Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital and positions at Rush University College of Nursing.
