Lloyd Chatfield is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in both in-house and private practice. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Outside General Counsel of Chicago, LLC since May 2022, Lloyd has also held roles as General Counsel and Secretary at Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc. and as Vice President and General Counsel at Brunswick Corporation. Lloyd has maintained a private practice at the Law Offices of Lloyd C. Chatfield II since May 2009 and serves as an advisor at Brentwood Advisory. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/History from the University of Tampa.
