Vikas Upasani has over 25 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Vikas most recently worked as the Plant Head and General Manager Manufacturing at Brentwood Industries, India Limited. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy General Manager at Gunnebo India Private Limited, where they provided leadership and direction to the material planning and control department. Vikas was also a part of the core team and played a key role in ensuring business continuity amidst operational complexities. Before that, Vikas worked at Ferromatik Milacron India Pvivate Limited as the Manager for Order Execution & Material Planning, where they strengthened production planning processes and established effective communication channels to improve sales predictability and meet global demand.
