Aurora Thomas

Aurora Thomas is currently a Substitute Teacher at Brentwood Union School District since September 2023, following a role as a Barista at Boba and Me from May to September 2023. Aurora acquired valuable experience as a Tutor and Student Lab Assistant at California State University Maritime Academy from June 2021 to June 2023, focusing on academic skills development and oceanographic research instrumentation. Additionally, Aurora interned at EducationUSA in São Paulo, supporting students at McKenzie University with English tutoring and essay proofreading. A previous Research Assistant position at the University of Southern California involved analyzing the relationship between natural resources and civil wars.
