Dominic Gatto

Dominic Gatto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruiting and education. Currently, Dominic serves as the Owner and Executive Recruiter at Summit Talent Partners, Inc., starting January 2024. Concurrently, Dominic has been a Substitute Teacher at Bend-La Pine Schools since September 2021 and served as Softball President for Bend North Little League from September 2020 to September 2023. Previous roles include Executive Recruiting at D&H Consulting LLC from March 2017 to February 2022 and Fitness Operations Manager at Tetherow Resort between January 2017 and December 2018. Dominic’s long tenure at Nike from December 2001 to March 2017 involved various positions such as Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Customer Service Operations Manager, along with roles in product line management and customer service. Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Oregon, where studies were completed from 1997 to 1999, and attended Clackamas Community College from 1995 to 1997.
