Ben Foley

Ben Foley is a Partner in the Brethertons’ Litigation Alliance Department and works on complex and defended cases, including defended property litigation and commercial recovery cases in the County Court.

He has a degree in law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx). He specializes in consumer credit law, having spent several years acting for lender customers and other financial institutions in undertaking defended debt recovery work.
