Annemieke van der Laan

Annemieke Van der Laan is a Director at KPMG Nederland, leading the HR transformation team within the Finance & Business Services division since June 2014. With extensive expertise in optimizing HR organizations and managing complex transformations, Annemieke also serves as a Development Manager, focusing on performance management and coaching of consultants within the team. Prior to KPMG, Annemieke worked as a Management Consultant at Vannimwegen, where responsibilities included overseeing integration projects and organizational redesign for various Dutch Housing Associations. Annemieke holds a Master's degree in Architectural and Urban History from the University of Groningen and has completed a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
