Emma Stewart is a Partner in the Wills, Trusts, and Probate team, dealing with the administration of estates, drafting Wills, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorneys, advising customers on inheritance tax and care issues, and negotiations with HRMC on taxable estates, for example, in respect of Agricultural Property Relief and gifts claimed as normal expenditure out of income.

Emma's customers say that she is “courteous, friendly, very helpful with advice and efficient”, and that she “listened to what [they] wanted” and has thanked her for “explaining [their] options so clearly”.

Emma is qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and has since gone on to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
