Luis Torres is a seasoned professional in product management and health services research, currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at the Partnership to End Addiction, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team focuses on developing digital tools to enhance access and outcomes in substance use disorder care. As the Founder of Breuckelen Athletic and with previous roles including Project Coordinator at NYU Langone Health, Research Assistant at Vital Strategies, and Research Technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Luis has extensive experience in facilitating health systems change, conducting research on public health issues, and leading product development initiatives. Luis holds a Master's Degree in Epidemiology, Environmental Health & Program Management from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Virginia Tech.
