Adam Barr

Adam Barr is an experienced professional with a background in trading development and software engineering. Currently serving as Head of Trading Development (Systematic) at Brevan Howard since October 2021, Adam is instrumental in building the systematic trading platform. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Software Engineer at CompilerWorks, contributing to both the front and backend of a column-level data lineage product from March 2021 to October 2021. Adam also held the role of Strategist at GSA Capital from January 2015 to October 2020, focusing on scalable equity strategies. Adam holds an MSci in Computer Science from UCL, earned between 2001 and 2005.
