Declan Mallon

Declan Mallon has a varied work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment consulting. Declan has held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead at Brevan Howard, Talent Experience Advisor at Intergen (now part of Capgemini), and Recruitment Consultant at Enterprise Recruitment & People. Declan'sresponsibilities have included managing recruitment processes, leading talent experience initiatives, and serving as a business partner for various IT recruitment projects in New Zealand and Australia.

Declan Mallon completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Sociology from Victoria University of Wellington in 2017. Prior to that, they attended St Peter's College in Palmerston North.
