Jacek Olbrych

Jacek Olbrych is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in financial crime compliance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at Brevan Howard since June 2022, Jacek oversees the development of compliance monitoring systems, provides regulatory guidance, and acts as the MLRO and MLCO for the TCB business. Prior roles include Compliance Manager and MLRO at BNP Paribas Wealth Management, where Jacek managed compliance for high-net-worth clients and ensured adherence to financial crime regulations. At HSBC Commercial Banking, Jacek led a financial crime compliance team and played a key role in implementing AML and sanctions policies. Jacek's career began at PwC Channel Islands, focusing on offshore fund compliance, complemented by a leadership role in a global remediation project. Jacek holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Research from Krakow University of Economics.
