Kelly Matika

Kelly Matika has a diverse work experience in human resources and professional development. Kelly started as a Sales Compensation Administrator at United Advertising Publications Limited in 1998. Kelly then moved to McKinsey & Company, where they held various roles from Personnel Analyst to Director of Global Partner Personnel. Later, they joined Creative Artists Agency as the Global Head of Professional Development. More recently, Kelly served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SoftBank Group International before taking on the same role at Brevan Howard in 2022.

Kelly Matika completed their undergraduate studies at Valparaiso University from 1992 to 1996. Kelly then went on to obtain a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington from 1998 to 2000.
