Tom Tao

Tom Tao currently serves as the Head of Global P&L at Brevan Howard since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held significant leadership positions at Graticule Asset Management Asia as Head of Global Middle Office and Operations from February 2015 to May 2023, and at SECOR Asset Management, where Tom was Director of Operations and Controller from May 2012 to January 2015. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead for Valuations/Product Controllers at James Caird Asset Management, Vice President at SAC Capital overseeing Rates and FX Middle and Back Offices, and Senior Associate at Moore Capital Management focusing on Nav Accounting/PnL. Tom began a career in finance as an Analyst at Prudential Financial, handling financial reporting and marketing. Tom holds a degree from Rutgers University, where education was completed from 1996 to 1999.
