Michelle Waters

Michelle Waters is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Finance & Operations Americas at Breville Group, a position held since 2007. Waters has an extensive background in finance, including roles such as Group General Manager - Finance and Interim Group CFO, where responsibilities have included strategic financial support, management of finance functions, and investor relations. Prior to Breville, Waters worked as Finance Manager Group Accounting at PMP Limited and held positions at KPMG as an Assurance and Advisory Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University and membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
