Andrea Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andrea began their career as an Event Programmer at Seattle Pacific University, planning and hosting campus-wide events. Andrea then advanced to the role of Event Coordinator, managing a team and increasing event attendance through creative marketing efforts.

Following their time at Seattle Pacific University, Andrea worked as a Data Analyst at Phillips Analytics, SARL. In this role, they performed data analysis and administrative work for a risk management consultant, including maintaining a price analysis database and producing weekly reports.

Andrea then transitioned to NBBJ, where they worked as an Office Services Assistant and later as an Office Services Administrator, responsible for coordinating daily workload, providing team support, and resolving conflicts.

Most recently, Andrea joined Brevo as a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative. Andrea quickly progressed to the position of Customer Experience Team Lead, managing a team of representatives, streamlining operations, and leading process innovation to facilitate company growth.

Andrea Phillips completed their Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Business Administration with a Management Concentration from Seattle Pacific University in 2019. Andrea also received a Certificate in Project Management from UW Professional & Continuing Education in 2023. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 from Microsoft in 2016.
