John McClure

John McClure is the Director of Bar Operations at Brew York. John was previously the business owner of Sociale, a craft beer and cocktail bar that they renovated from an abandoned bar that had been closed due to licensing infringements. McClure has been in the restaurant and bar industry for over 10 years and has experience in all aspects of operations, from front of house to back of house. John is passionate about craft beer and cocktails and is always looking for new and innovative ways to create unique experiences for their customers.
