Alex Nelson is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen operations and management. Currently serving as Operations Chef and Kitchen Manager at BrewDog since December 2015, Alex has honed expertise in culinary leadership. The career began at Greene King in June 2005, where a passion for kitchen work was discovered. Alex studied Computing at Leeds Beckett University from August 2009 to May 2012, following an education at Range High School & Sixth Form, which concluded in January 2007.
