Fiona Hunter

Fiona Hunter is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in community engagement and employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Community & Inclusion at BrewDog since September 2016. Prior roles include leadership positions such as Head of Employee Engagement, Head of People, and People Business Partner - Retail. Previous experience includes serving as Regional HR Business Partner at Rank Group, where Fiona supported a network of 10 casinos, and Field Based HR Advisor at Carillion, focusing on complex employee relations cases and training development. With a strong foundation in HR support across various sectors, Fiona has also held HR roles at Teleperformance, BT Facilities Services, and Schuh. Educational achievements include an ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University.
