Kat W. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, mental health, and community care. Currently serving as the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead at BrewDog since October 2018, Kat oversees the Global Wellbeing Strategy and manages global campaigns and training initiatives. Prior to this role, significant experience includes a position as a Team Manager at Community Integrated Care, where direct management of 26 carers was undertaken, as well as previous roles in customer service and support at SSE plc and ENABLE Scotland. Additionally, Kat has a background in funeral services as a Funeral Director at Stewart Funeral Group. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Edinburgh and recent studies in Counselling at North East Scotland College.
