Kate Chatterton is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management and email marketing with substantial experience in leading CRM strategies. Currently serving as Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager at BrewDog since December 2021, Kate has previously held roles at Missguided, BPP, and JD Williams / N Brown Group, where responsibilities included managing customer journeys, supporting email marketing initiatives, and training team members.
