Simon Knevett-Jones

Simon Knevett-Jones possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at BrewDog since November 2015. Prior to this role, Simon held various managerial positions, including General Manager and Operations Manager at Loungers Ltd from August 2010 to June 2015, and General Manager at 411 Bar and Nightclub, Pica Pica, Yates Cheltenham, and The Philharmonic from 2005 to 2010. Simon began a career in academia as a Neuroscience Researcher at Cardiff University from September 2000 to June 2003 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biosciences from UCL, attained from 1995 to 1998.
