Amanda Barnett is an experienced culinary professional and educator with a background in teaching and supporting at-risk learners. Currently serving as a cook at Brewery Vivant, Amanda has honed skills in preparing from-scratch dishes, managing plate presentations, and overseeing kitchen operations. In addition, Amanda has extensive experience in educational roles, including a paraprofessional at National Heritage Academies, where accommodations and small-group instruction are designed for at-risk learners.
