J. Troy Mayer has extensive work experience in the ambulance service industry. J. Troy served as the Chief Operating Officer at Brewster Ambulance Service starting in May 2022. Prior to this, Mayer held a long-term role at Acadian Ambulance Service, Inc, where they served as the Regional Vice President from December 1989 to April 2022.
J. Troy Mayer obtained an Associate's degree in Emergency Health Science (paramedicine) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 1988 and 1990. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university, completing it between 2002 and 2005.

Brewster Ambulance Service provides 911 emergency, Advanced Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and wheelchair van medical transportation. Our customers include municipalities and towns, hospitals, medical treatment facilities, rehabilitation centers and nursing homes. Driving and staffing
