Gladys Martinez

Gladys Martinez is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive operations and support. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Operations at Brex since July 2021, Gladys has held various titles, including Executive Assistant to the President and the Executive Operations Team Manager. Prior to Brex, Gladys worked at Bolthouse Farms as Chief of Staff for Finance and Innovation and held multiple executive assistant roles at Thumbtack and Juicero. Early career experiences include positions at Benefit Cosmetics, DCT Industrial, and a significant tenure at Ursinus College, where Gladys contributed to community building and service initiatives. Gladys holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Ursinus College.
