Kai Boon Ee

Kai Boon Ee is a seasoned Staff Software Engineer at Brex since May 2021, with a diverse background in software engineering and leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Tech Lead Manager for the Search and Detection Team at Chronicle, where responsibilities included the development and launch of Chronicle Detect and driving new product features. Kai also held roles as a founding engineer within both the Data Science Team and the Collection and Ingestion Team at Chronicle. Previous roles at X, Google, and Bloomberg LP contributed to a strong foundation in API infrastructure, machine learning, and core search functionalities. Kai began the professional journey as an intern at Keithley Instruments and Intel Corporation following a B.S.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
