Rishi Ranka

Rishi Ranka is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently leading AI-powered Growth Engineering at Brex since June 2025, Rishi focuses on go-to-market systems and onboarding activation tools. Previously at Chime from April 2021 to June 2025, Rishi directed teams to develop a scalable growth platform managing over 3 billion requests daily. Rishi also served as Lead Software Engineer at Workday from March 2013 to April 2021, contributing to product development and quality assurance. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Thomson Reuters, a Teaching Assistant at ECE PARIS, and an intern at HSBC focusing on algorithmic trading. Rishi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ECE Ecole d'ingénieurs and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
