Stephanie Macejko has an extensive work experience in marketing and product development. Stephanie started their career at United States Equestrian Federation in 1991 as a Public Relations Coordinator, where they coordinated public relations efforts for the national governing body for equestrian sports in the United States. In this role, they created media kits, press guides, wrote press releases, and oversaw event sponsorship activations.

In 1993, Stephanie joined Reeves International, Inc. as a Magazine Editor and Public Relations Specialist. Stephanie later took on the role of Marketing Event, Sponsorship, and Media Manager, where they acquired and retained customers by broadening fan engagement as Breyer's national spokesperson, event manager, and magazine editor. Stephanie also developed and expanded the annual BreyerFest and launched extensive U.S. marketing initiatives.
