Marcelo Carvalho

Marcelo Carvalho is an experienced Human Resources executive at BRF SA, currently serving as Gerente Executivo RH / BP de RH Supply Chain, Qualidade & Agropecuária since August 2022. With a career at BRF that began in June 2001, Marcelo has held various leadership roles, including Gerente Corporativo Regional de Recursos Humanos, managing HR functions across multiple regions such as Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo, Pernambuco, and Rio de Janeiro. Marcelo has a strong background in generalist HR functions and serves as a Corporate Business Partner for industrial and agricultural directors within the Operations VP. Marcelo has also managed HR for the Chapecó unit, served as a regional manager for the BRF Talent Committee, coordinated global leadership training programs, and worked on HR projects related to SAP implementations. Marcelo holds a specialization in Human Resource Administration and a degree in Psychology from Unoesc Joaçaba SC.
