Denee Stirpe

Denee Stirpe has extensive experience in human resources and leadership positions. Denee is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Baldwin Richardson Foods, where they lead all HR and talent initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked as an independent consultant and leadership coach. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at GateHouse Media, where they were responsible for driving overall business performance and leading HR and talent initiatives. Denee also has a background in HR roles at Xerox Corporation, where they led HR teams and delivered various HR initiatives. Denee has experience in business transformation, change management, mergers & acquisitions, talent management, organization development, and compensation and benefits.

Denee Stirpe earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in ILR from Cornell University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
