Jen Battoglia

Jen Battoglia, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Baldwin Richardson Foods since February 2022. Previously, Jen worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Works from September 2021 to February 2022 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at RIT Inn and Conference Center from September 2015 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Bakery Team Leader at Wegmans Food Markets from July 2004 to September 2015. Jen holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Monroe Community College, earned between 2006 and 2009.
