Stacie A. Smith MD, MPH, currently serves as a Fellow in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at Meharry Medical College since August 2023 and holds the position of American College of Preventive Medicine Vaccine Confident Ambassador at BRG Communications since December 2022. Previously, Stacie completed a Preventive Medicine Residency at Meharry Medical College, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Medical Resident and gaining board eligibility. Prior experience includes clinical research roles at Wayne State University School of Medicine, where Stacie contributed to hypertension studies and infant mortality reduction projects, managed research assistants, and facilitated problem-based learning for medical students. Stacie obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
