Thu Ha has held roles such as HRBP Manager, Human Resources Director, and Phó Ban Nhân sự, where Thu Ha was responsible for managing teams and implementing HR processes. Thu Ha Cao graduated from the National Economics University in Vietnam with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
