Thuy Nguyen

Thuy Nguyen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hapharco Pharmacy Retailing JSC since September 2021, Thuy leads the company which operates the B&H Essentials Beauty and Health chain across major cities in Vietnam. In addition, Thuy holds the position of Group Director and CEO of BRG Retail since February 2021. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at VinCommerce, Country Chief Business Officer and Country Director for FMCG at Lazada Group, and Deputy CEO at Công ty Cổ phần Siêu thị VinMart, where Thuy was instrumental in developing procurement and supply chain strategies. Earlier experience at Kimberly-Clark and METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam involved managing significant business segments and driving sustainable growth through tailored strategies and strong vendor relationships. Thuy holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, and Service from CFVG - IEA Paris.
