Notable contributions include managing performance statistics and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Ian’s background also includes coaching positions at Brocton Football Club and serving as an Engineering Instructor at Rolls Royce. With 22 years of military service in the Royal Air Force, Ian developed mechanical engineering skills alongside roles in instruction and project management. Ian holds a BTEC ONC in Aeronautical Engineering from the Defence College of Aeronautical Engineering.
