James Behan

James Behan has extensive experience in production and operations management, holding key leadership roles in various companies since the late 1990s. At West Pharmaceutical Services, James serves as Production Group Leader and Process Technician in Moulding since June 2018. Previous positions include Shift Manager at Americk Packaging Group and Plant Manager for Ireland and the UK at Sylvan Inc. James also has experience as a Production Supervisor at Boston Scientific and MSD Swords, Operations Director at Bostik Industries Limited, and leadership roles at Lir Chocolates, Becton Dickinson, Wellman International, and Barclay Plant Protection. James holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin, obtained between 1981 and 1986, as well as additional education from ITT Tallaght.
