Lauren Mansfield

Lauren Mansfield graduated from Mississippi University for Women, where she studied Fine Art w/an emphasis in Studio Painting. She worked as an artist and created displays at specialty gift shops throughout Mississippi during her husbands’ coaching days. Lauren taught preschool for seven years at Germantown United Methodist Church prior to her role as Saint Shop manager at Briarcrest.
