Rebecca Walker

Rebecca Walker was born in Memphis, but actually grew up in Mississippi and Missouri. She earned her English Education degree from Williams Baptist College (now Williams Baptist University) in Walnut Ridge, AR, in 2004. After graduation, she taught English Language Arts in various grades in three public school systems in three states over the course of 13 years. Rebecca moved to Memphis to teach 8th grade English at Briarcrest in 2016. In addition to teaching, she is also the Middle School Student Government Sponsor. She is currently seeking her master’s in Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.
